Hypnoanalysis
(or Hypnotherapy) is a proven, natural and non-addictive therapeutic aid.
Having spent many years as a fully qualified, full-time practising Psychotherapist,
and Hypnoanalyst (Hypnotherapist), with Advanced
qualifications, Georgina has undertaken
and successfully helped clients (including children) with numerous symptoms
associated with stress, grief and all emotional or psychological problems.
Troublesome
events in earlier years can cause habits and behaviour patterns to be
carried through into adulthood, because although the subconscious mind
often buries the upsetting memory, the feelings that have not been dealt
with still affect day-to-day living. Although the memory may be buried,
the anxiety, anger, fear etc. which was buried
with it still has to find an outlet. The outlet can take the form of blushing,
nail-biting, phobias, depression, temper, bad habits such as smoking and
alcoholism as well as general stress, weight-gain etc. Hypnosis frees
the suppressed memory into conscious awareness where the situation can
be re-assessed in comfortable, reassuring surroundings. It's not so much
what happened to us, as the realisation that we survived it and we don't
need to keep carrying the burden of it around.
Hypnoanalysis helps you to build your confidence in your real self,
rather than spending energy
worrying about the things you dread! Hypnoanalysis is used to get to the
source of the more deep-rooted
symptoms - to the "inside truth".
You will
find that Georgina will use a combination of both Hypno-analysis
and Suggestion
therapy for the more deep-rooted issues, to help you to achieve the
results you desire.
Suggestion Therapy
Suggestion
therapy is for more straightforward problems or habits such as smoking,
pre-exam nerves, nail-biting or bed-wetting, which can usually be accomplished
in a one-off session. Georgina has
created a unique method of stopping smoking, with great success, and
this session can be shared with a friend if you wish.
